About Our Founder’s Journey
ChatBot UX was founded by Nathan Hutchinson, a dreamer with a deep-rooted passion for the beauty industry. Nathan grew up immersed in the world of beauty, as his mother worked in the beauty industry and owned a salon. From a young age, he witnessed the transformative power of beauty services and the immense joy they brought to customers.
With over two decades working in the oil and gas industry, Nathan wanted to do something more meaningful that could bring a positive change to people’s lives and the world. After trying a few different avenues, his creative, technological and marketing skills grew over the years. This eventually led to learning and becoming certified in digital marketing, UX and conversation design.
